Ben Phelps has had a varied career since 2011. Ben began their career as a Fashion Model for JD Sports Fashion plc, then moved on to a Performer for Carnival Cruise Line in 2016. That same year, they also worked as a Front Desk Receptionist for Coby Philips and an Event Assistant for both The Ann Savva Group and HEL's. In 2017, they became a Fittings Model for FITTINGS DIVISION LTD. In 2018, they began working for 1Rebel UK as a General Manager, Fitness Instructor, Branch Supervisor, and Front of House, where they were the point of contact for customers, dealing with customer queries and membership issues. In 2021, they began working as a Group Exercise Instructor for FRAME #moveyourframe.

Ben Phelps obtained a National Diploma in Musical Theatre from the D&B Academy of Performing Arts between 2011 and 2014. Ben also holds certifications from Google Digital Garage for The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, obtained in December 2020, and from OCR for Fitness Instructing Level 2, obtained in July 2012.
