Jeff Van Fossen has over 10 years of work experience in the field of sports and programs. Jeff started their career as a Recreation Supervisor at the City of El Segundo in 2004 and held this position until 2014. In 2014, they joined Special Olympics Southern California, where they served as the Manager of Regional Sports & Programs until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as the Director of Regional Sports Operations at the same organization. In 2017, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President, Sports & Programs, a role they currently hold.

Jeff Van Fossen has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from CSU, Long Beach.
