Laura Cristobal Boyer is a Senior Product Manager at 15Five, where responsibilities include ownership of core features and leading the development of Lifecycle Workflows to enhance employee performance and engagement. With an extensive background in product management, Laura has successfully integrated 15Five's platform with major HRIS systems and has showcased products at industry events such as HR Tech. Additionally, Laura serves as a ProductTank Organizer for Mind the Product, a Product Management Mentor and Curriculum Lead at HiCounselor, and a Product Advisor for Humanic AI, among other mentoring roles.
