Kyle Mulligan is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at 1417 French Bistro since February 2021. Additionally, Mulligan has held the position of Banquet Sous Chef at Austin Proper Hotel under Proper Hospitality since February 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Sous Chef at Kemuri Tatsu-ya from February 2017 to February 2020, CIPOLLINA from June 2016 to February 2017, and Judges Hill Restaurant from 2013 to 2016. Kyle Mulligan holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services from Texas Culinary Academy, completed in 2008.
