Molly Regis has had a varied work experience. In 2015, they began as a Sales Associate at Walgreens. In 2017, they began working as a Waitress at Seven Oaks Country Club and as a Key Holder/Sales Associate at Madewell. In 2020, they became a Management and Sales Trainee at Sherwin-Williams. Most recently, in 2022, they began as a Sales Development Representative at 12twenty. At Madewell, their role included opening and closing the store, calculating deposits, and computing sales prices.

Molly Regis completed their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Community College of Beaver County in 2018. Molly then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Finance and Management from Robert Morris University, which they completed in 2019.
