Diana Park is an experienced customer success professional with a strong background in customer success operations. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success Operations at Adverity since August 2022, Diana has previously held positions such as Customer Success Operations Manager and Customer Success Management Lead at Vivedia from October 2020 to August 2022. Diana's customer success experience also includes roles as Customer Success Manager and Account Manager at Tes between April 2018 and October 2020, and a Sales Executive position at Mercedes-Benz in the UK from December 2016 to March 2018. Prior to transitioning into customer success, Diana worked as an English as a Second Language Teacher from December 2011 to August 2016. Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McMaster University.
