Luchen Tan is an accomplished engineering manager specializing in machine learning, currently serving at Zynga since February 2023. Prior to this role, Luchen Tan held various positions at Twitter, including ML Engineer Manager and Senior Machine Learning Engineer, from January 2022 to January 2023. Luchen Tan's experience also includes a tenure at Huawei as a Staff Researcher from March 2021 to January 2022, and leading research and development at RSVP.ai from August 2018 to February 2021. Additionally, Luchen Tan contributed to academia as a Postdoctoral Fellow and University Lecturer at the University of Waterloo between September 2016 and July 2018. Luchen Tan earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Tongji University.
