Farrah Kamani, MA, is an experienced professional in talent development and learning design, currently serving as Head of Global Talent Development at Zynga since June 2023. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Talent & Leadership Development at Shopify and Senior Lead, Learning Experience Designer at BTS. Farrah has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, Graduate Assistant at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, and Director of Global Programs at Global Innovation & Skills Development Canada. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Academic Programs at the University of Central Asia and as DEI Program Design and Research Consultant at Relational: Global Institute for Research, Consulting and Education. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Adult Learning from the University of Toronto, an HBA in Politics and Governance with a minor in Physics from Ryerson University, and a recent certification in Crucial Conversations from Crucial Learning.
