Jamie Wilson has over 20 years of work experience in the software engineering and network engineering fields. In 1999, Jamie began their career as a Support Engineer for IQuest Internet LLC. Jamie then moved on to Beacon Consulting Group in 2001 as a Network Engineer. In 2003, Jamie joined Genesys | Interactive Intelligence as a Lead Software Engineer, SIP Software Engineer, and Professional Services Engineer. In 2021, they were promoted to Lead Software Engineer at SuperDraft, Inc. and is currently a Staff Software Engineer at Zylo.

Jamie Wilson attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 1996 to 2003, where they studied Computer Science. In November 2017, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification.
