Josh Hackett is a Partner at ZYGOS Consulting LLC since November 2011, specializing in acquisition expertise for the Department of Defense and Federal Government in IT solutions. With comprehensive experience in FAR and Non-FAR contracting, DOD Acquisition Policy, strategic planning, and program management, Josh contributed to significant projects such as conducting an Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) and Business Case Analysis for the US Army Program Executive Officer for Enterprise Information Systems. Prior to ZYGOS, Josh served as Associate Director at Gartner Consulting, where strategic planning and IT research consulting were key responsibilities. Experience also includes roles as Senior Strategist at Binary Group, where expertise in Knowledge Management and technologies was developed, and as a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on Army web portal requirements. Early in Josh's career, impactful engineering projects were managed as a Staff Engineer at Engineering Diagnostics. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Civil Engineering, Structural) and History from Case Western Reserve University.
