Lisa Paul serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Zygo CX Limited since June 2021, specializing in home working contact centre technology and outsourcing. Previously, Lisa held various positions at Voice Marketing Ltd, including Client Services Director and Head of Client Services, from March 2014 to June 2021. Between June 2002 and February 2014, Lisa worked at 2Touch, where roles included Head of Business Operations and Head of Contact Centres, overseeing substantial operational responsibilities. Earlier in Lisa's career, from 1994 to 2002, Lisa was the Fulfilment Manager at StarTek Europe Ltd, managing a multi-lingual inbound contact centre. Academically, Lisa earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The Open University between 2011 and 2016.
