James Hinchliffe is an experienced professional in the contact centre industry, currently serving as CEO of Zygo CX Limited since May 2021, where the focus is on specialist homeworking contact centre technology and outsourcing. Prior to this role, James was CEO of Voice Marketing Ltd from August 2006 to April 2021, managing outsourced sales and retention activities for a diverse range of clients. James's early career included positions as Account Director and Account Manager at Ant Marketing between June 1999 and June 2006. Educationally, James holds a BA Hons in Advertising and Graphic Design from the University of Leeds, completed in 1999, and has attended multiple educational institutions, including Repton School and Birkdale School.
