William Damrau is an experienced engineering and product management professional, currently serving as an Associate Product Manager at ZYGO Corporation since December 2022, overseeing the Laser Interferometer product line and managing Special Engineering Request orders. Previously, William worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer 3 at ASML, contributing to the development of next-generation semiconductor manufacturing robots and mitigating risks associated with operator error through innovative design. At Formulatrix, William held dual roles as Product Manager and Lead Mechanical Engineer, successfully leading an international team to enhance robotic instrument development while significantly improving product build quality and customer satisfaction. William's earlier experience includes roles as Certified Pool Operator at Georgia Institute of Technology, Launch Engineering Intern at SpaceX, and Lifeguard Supervisor at the Jewish Community of Louisville. William earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2016.
