Nouran Zearban has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nouran started their career at General Petroleum Company (GPC), North Bahariya Petroleum Company, and Petrogulf Misr, where they gained training experience. In 2017, they joined Orange Egypt as a Customer Service Specialist, providing assistance to customers and resolving their inquiries effectively. The following year, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at ETISAL International Group, where they focused on attracting potential customers and efficiently resolving their calls. In 2019, Nouran joined Uber as a Customer Service Specialist, maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers and promptly responding to their inquiries. Since 2020, they have been working at Zyda, initially as an Onboarding Specialist, where they welcomed clients and gathered necessary information to set up websites. Nouran then advanced to the role of Senior Onboarding and currently serves as a Client Success Executive. In this role, Nouran has become an expert in setting up restaurant websites, provides training sessions, supports clients, and builds strong relationships. Additionally, they explain plan features to existing clients, upgrades their plans, and attempts to retain churn clients. Throughout their career, Nouran has consistently prioritized customer satisfaction and loyalty.
