Diana Cabrejo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Currently, Diana works at ZX Ventures as a CRM Marketing Growth Specialist, where they define CRM strategies aligned with local market and business KPIs, implements customer retention strategies, and analyzes consumer purchase behavior.
Diana Cabrejo completed their education at Universidad de Los Andes from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree with a specialization in Industrial Engineering. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications. In November 2020, they completed a certification course in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI from Tecnologia informatica TecInf. Following that, they obtained their Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC) from CertiProf in December 2021. Finally, in January 2022, they obtained their Scrum Product Owner Professional Certificate (SPOPC) from the same institution.
