Daniel Levin is an attorney currently working at ZwillGen since August 2022 and has also held positions as a Fellow. Previously, in early 2022, Daniel served as a Policy Extern for the Oversight Board, focusing on Meta's X-Check program and alternative dispute mechanisms related to the Digital Services Act. Additional experience includes roles as a Legal Extern at the Future of Privacy Forum, where research initiatives on privacy issues in emerging technologies were conducted, and at the Electronic Frontier Foundation, focusing on legal memoranda concerning privacy legislation. Earlier experience includes positions as a Privacy Fellow at the Center on Law and Information Policy, a Legal Intern at the City Bar Justice Center, and an Asylum Paralegal at Immigration Equality. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Women's & Gender Studies from Rutgers University.
