Sathish Kumar is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in engineering and system design. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Zwayam since December 2022, Sathish previously held positions at Whatfix as Engineering Manager and at Mystifly in various roles, including Senior Engineering Manager and Technical Lead. Sathish has extensive expertise in system-wide requirement analysis, module-level work effort estimations, and developing detailed design documentation. Proficient in automated testing frameworks and best practices for coding standards, Sathish has successfully led project teams, conducted peer reviews, and managed project risk identification and mitigation while ensuring comprehensive unit and integration testing. Prior experience includes roles at Huawei as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. Sathish holds a Master of Computer Applications in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
