Reshma Hariharan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and workforce management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering at Zwayam since June 2017, Reshma oversees an intelligent recruitment software that streamlines the hiring process from sourcing to selection. Prior to this role, Reshma held various positions at Wipro, including Senior Manager of Workforce Process Planning and Development, where responsibilities focused on system design and process management, as well as a role in Competency and Talent Development, concentrating on competency framework design and training development. Reshma's earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager at Wipro Technologies for Nortel Networks. Reshma holds a B.Tech degree from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
