Marcel Woesle has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Marcel is currently the Director Platforms, Cloud & Corporate IT at zvoove Group GmbH since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at NortonLifeLock as the Director IT - Shared Services from April 2021 to June 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing a shared services portfolio, enabling centralized tools and services for engineering teams, and supporting business application teams with centralized database management services.

Before NortonLifeLock, Marcel worked at Avira for over a decade. Marcel held various roles including Director Infrastructure Services from March 2017 to April 2021, Manager Infrastructure Services & Service Desk from September 2015 to February 2017, Manager ITSM & Service Desk from March 2012 to September 2015, Team Leader Client Management from October 2010 to February 2012, and Systemadministrator Client Management from April 2009 to September 2010.

Throughout their tenure at Avira, Marcel was responsible for managing international teams and providing IT end-user support. Marcel played a vital role in the company's IT re-organization towards Agile IT and implementation of IT Service Management practices. Marcel also oversaw various projects including global rollouts, introduction of Jira Service Desk, implementation of managed client services, and setting up IT infrastructure and service desk for APAC region.

Before Avira, Marcel worked as a Fachinformatiker Systemintegration at KUMAtronik Systemhaus GmbH from July 2008 to March 2009.

Marcel Woesle began their education at Elektronikschule Tettnang from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Informations- und kommunikationstechnischer Assistent. Marcel then attended KUMAtronik Systemhaus GmbH from 2005 to 2008, focusing on becoming a Fachinformatiker Systemintegration. Marcel also pursued further education at Singularity University, where they completed the EP Graduate program in 2016. In 2019, they obtained a certificate in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, Marcel has obtained various certifications in areas such as data protection, cybersecurity, design thinking, and project management.
