Elona Osmani has a wealth of work experience, beginning with an Internship - Career Development Center at Universiteti i Prishtinës "Hasan Prishtina" in 2016. Elona then completed an Internship - Operations Department at the Tax Administration of Kosovo in the same year. In 2016, they worked as an Accounting Assistant at AGC Faktor LLC, followed by Accounting and Finance at AI GLOBAL ADVISORS LIMITED in 2017. In 2019, they held the role of Finance, Accounting and Administration at pollenbee, and is currently working as Finance and Accounting Manager at Zvilo since 2020.

Elona Osmani has a Bachelor's degree in Management and Informatics from Universiteti i Prishtinës "Hasan Prishtina" from 2013 to 2016. Elona also has an Accounting Technician degree from SCAAK - Society of Certified Accountants and Auditors of Kosovo from 2018 to 2019.
