Sebastian Varandela has a diverse range of work experience in industrial design. Sebastian started their career in 2007 at Pasionalmente as an Industrial Designer, Seo, and Marketing specialist. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a freelance designer and also as a part-time Web Designer at Senara Travel. In 2013, they joined Estudio DICA as an Industrial Designer. Sebastian then worked at DSM as a Diseñador Industrial from 2014 to 2015. In the same year, they joined Symtron as an Industrial Designer, where they designed and developed slot machines and auto services machines. From 2014 to 2015, they also took on freelance industrial design projects. In 2016, they became a Senior Industrial Designer consultant for SEAVIBES, where they worked with clients in the consumer electronics and home appliances industry. Most recently, since December 2019, they have been working at ZVerse, Inc. as a Senior Industrial Designer, focusing on product design and development, including plastic injection, CNC, sheet metal, and 3D printing.
Sebastian Varandela pursued their education in a chronological order. From 1997 to 2003, they attended Ing. Luis A. Huergo where they focused on becoming an Electrotécnico with a specialization in industrial electronics. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Buenos Aires from 2005 to 2013, where they completed their degree in Diseño Industrial. Their field of study throughout their time at the University was industrial and product design.
