Liem Doan has over 14 years of professional experience in software development, engineering, and technology. In 2020, they began their current role as Chief Technology Officer at Zuub. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Futuredontics, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Guidance Software as an Enterprise Application Developer and Software Developer, as well as a Software Development Intern. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at the City of Los Angeles, Public Works as a Professional Student Worker in the Systems Division and Urban Forestry Division.

Liem Doan began their educational journey at the University of California, Riverside, where they completed coursework in Computer Science from 2004 to 2006. Liem then attended El Camino College, where they earned an Associate of Science in Computer Science from 2006 to 2007. Finally, Doan completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at California State University, Long Beach from 2007 to 2010.
