Brenda Grohall has diverse work experience in the field of tax. Brenda is currently working as the Director - Corporate Tax at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Kerry as the Director of Tax, North America from 2020 to 2023. In 2019 to 2020, Brenda held the position of Director Domestic Tax at Clarios, where they oversaw all aspects of domestic taxes. Brenda also has experience working at Johnson Controls, starting as a State Tax Manager in 2007 and progressing to roles such as Senior Manager State and Local Taxes and Director State and Local Tax. Brenda's career began at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Senior Tax Analyst, followed by positions as a Senior Tax Analyst and Senior Tax Analyst at Johnson Controls and Harley-Davidson Motor Company respectively.

Brenda Grohall obtained an Associates Degree in Accounting from Milwaukee Area Technical College from 1992 to 1996. Brenda then went on to pursue a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Upper Iowa University from 1996 to 1998. Later, in 2008 to 2009, Brenda completed a Graduate Certificate in State and Local taxation from Lubar College of Business.
