Ayushi Rastogi is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent development and employee engagement. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Zurich Kotak General Insurance, Ayushi leads the Center of Excellence for Talent Development and Engagement. Previously held roles include Deputy Vice President at Amazon and Deputy Manager in various capacities at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, where significant contributions were made to employee engagement initiatives and recruitment processes. Ayushi also possesses a solid technical foundation, having begun a career at IBM Global Services as an Associate System Engineer.
