Federico Bianchi is an experienced L&D Administrator at Zurich Insurance since January 2022, overseeing the facilitation of learning programs within the Global Commercial Insurance Academy. Previous experience includes mentoring biology students at Swissnex for the SMECEYI Program, where a project was selected as a finalist for exhibition at the Dubai EXPO. Federico also contributed to market entry strategies for Utluna Solutions Ltd, conducted market research for Naturalea SA, and managed business strategy projects for Boltina SA. Early career experience includes administrative support at FILTERS & BRITE SRL. Federico holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from HEC Lausanne and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from USI Università della Svizzera italiana.
