Esme Gould currently serves as the Head of Captives UK at Zurich Insurance, a position held since September 2014, and has advanced through various roles, including Senior Underwriter for Energy & Heavy Industries and Underwriter for Energy & Technical Risks. Prior to joining Zurich Insurance, Esme worked as a Treasury Manager at Liberty Commodities from March 2011 to September 2014. Esme holds an Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School, expected in 2025, a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of St Andrews, and the ACII designation from the Chartered Insurance Institute, along with an education from Università degli Studi di Firenze and Haberdashers’ Monmouth Schools.
