Tricia Grupe is an experienced claims professional with over 30 years in the insurance industry. Since April 2010, Tricia has held various roles at The Hartford, currently serving as Claims Team Lead in Global Specialty, after previously working as a Claims Consultant for Fidelity Claims and as a Claims Analyst. Prior experience includes a decade at Chubb in claims-related positions, as well as earlier roles at General Accident Insurance and Travelers Insurance, where Tricia worked as a Claims Examiner. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from American University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
