Kevin Wan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kevin began their career in 1995 as a Business Process Management Team Leader at Andersen Consulting. In 1997, they worked as a Senior Associate/Project Manager at Cambridge Technology Partners, followed by a role as an Oracle Financials Application Manager at Cellular One. From 2001 to 2003, they served as a Technical Architecture Manager at AT&T Wireless, where they managed a virtual work group to enhance system performance. In 2005, they transitioned to Kronos as an Area Technology Manager, overseeing the California markets of the Professional Services Division. At Salesforce.com, they worked as an Integration Support Analyst, resolving integration issues between the Salesforce.com application and Oracle Financials. Following this, they joined Intacct as a Technical Support Engineer, resolving product and integration issues. Kevin then worked at Lyris as a Technical Account Manager, managing top-tier customers and resolving technical and functional issues. Their next role was at Oracle Responsys as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they directed the delivery of technical resolutions and provided comprehensive support. Currently, Kevin is employed as a Platform Support Engineer at Zuora.
