Girish Kumar has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and software industry. Girish worked at Zuora as Director Global Services, where they began in May 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager, Global Services at Zuora from November 2020 to May 2022. Before Zuora, Girish worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Client Director from November 2010 to September 2015, where they were responsible for designing technical solutions and deployment strategies for complex SaaS solutions in information governance, compliance, and eDiscovery. From May 2008 to November 2010, Girish worked as a Project Manager at Discovery Mining, managing e-discovery software as a service (SaaS) systems for fortune 500 Law Firms and Corporations. Girish also worked at Thomson Reuters as a Project Manager from June 2006 to May 2008, managing multiple practice and financial management software system implementations for various legal enterprises. Additionally, Girish worked at Thomson Elite as an Applications Analyst from February 2005 to June 2006, providing legal and financial solutions to Fortune 500 Accounting and Law Firms. Throughout their career, Girish has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and client relationship management skills.

Girish Kumar obtained their MBA in Management of Technology from UNM Anderson School of Management, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their BBA in Management Information Systems from the same institution, studying from 1998 to 2002. In terms of additional certifications, Girish Kumar obtained the Zuora Billing Delivery Architect Certification and the Zuora Billing Certified Consultant certification from Zuora University in February 2023 and January 2023, respectively. Girish also received the "Being a Good Mentee" certification from LinkedIn in April 2021 and the Zuora Certified Business Analyst certification from Zuora in August 2019.
