Mohamed Shahin has worked in the food industry for over a decade. Mohamed began their career as a SushiChef at MoriSushi in 2008. In 2011, they co-founded CRC For Trade and then in 2018, they became the Founder and CEO of Zumra Food.
Mohamed Shahin obtained their High School Diploma from El Abedya in the year 2000. In 2005, they began their Bachelor's degree in HOTEL MANAGEMENTS from the Faculty Of Tourism & Hotels Management and completed it in 2009. In November 2009, they obtained a certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
