Julia Krug is a seasoned expert in employer branding and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Employer Branding Specialist at Zühlke Group since September 2019. In this role, Julia leads all employer branding activities in Germany, focusing on strategy development, brand awareness campaigns, social media coordination, and internal communication measures. Prior experience includes holding the position of Teamhead Recruiting & Employer Branding at Apleona Group, where Julia oversaw a team and implemented recruiting strategies, and working as a Recruitment Consultant at SD & T AG. Julia holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Administration from both accadis Hochschule Bad Homburg and Northumbria University.
