Robin Iten is an experienced compliance professional with a solid background in the financial sector. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Officer at Zuger Kantonalbank since March 2018, Robin has previously held compliance roles at Credit Suisse, where responsibilities included managing customer complaints and client identification processes from May 2015 to February 2018. Earlier experience includes a teaching position at Studienkreis Schweiz GmbH and an administrative support role at AXA. Robin holds a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Compliance Management from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, obtained in 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Law from ZHAW School of Management and Law, completed in 2014.
