Additionally, Mark has been the CEO & President of Vertical Booking USA since November 2013, a global reservation technology provider serving hotel clients in 108 countries. As the owner of Mark Lewis-Brown Hospitality Consulting, Mark has provided consulting services since 2013. Previous roles include CEO & President of Zoom Creates, EVP at Centric Hospitality Group, and EVP & Founder of InnPoints Worldwide. Mark's entrepreneurial spirit is further reflected in ownership of several inns between 1996 and 2003. Mark Lewis-Brown holds a degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, completed in 1984.
