Heidi Hope Husaas has a long and varied work experience. Heidi Hope began their career in 1994 as an HR, Sales and Administrative Coordinator for NCC, Eeg-Henriksen Bygg AS. Heidi Hope then worked as a Marketing and Administration Coordinator for Fabi AS, subsiduary Kompetanseservice AS from 1995 to 1996. From 1996 to 1998, they were a Rig Controller for Transocean. Heidi Hope then moved to Saga Petroleum ASA as a Drilling Controller from 1998 to 2000. From 2000 to 2014, they were the Head of Controlling & Logistics, Fin./Bus. Controller NO/DK for Abbott. Heidi Hope then moved to Tech Data as a Finance Manager from 2014 to 2016. Heidi Hope then worked for Vital Ernæring AS as a Sales and Business Development from 2016 to 2017. Finally, they have been a Business Manager for ZTL Payment Solution since 2019.

Heidi Hope Husaas completed their Master of Business & Marketing (MBM) from BI Norwegian Business School between 1989 and 1993. Heidi Hope also attended C.I.L.C.E Valencia Spain in 1993-1994, where they achieved Spanish Superior level. During their Master's program at BI Norwegian Business School, they also participated in an exchange program at Suffolk University in 1993. Before their Master's program, they were a sophomore student at California Lutheran University between 1988 and 1989, majoring in Marketing & Advertising.
