Gabriele Spagnolo is an experienced telecommunications professional with a focus on RF engineering and network optimization, currently serving as RNO at ZTE ITALY since May 2017. Prior to this role, Gabriele worked as an ADS Consultant - Performance Engineer at Wind Tre, where responsibilities included CDR activity and network statistics analysis for 2G and 3G networks. Previous positions include Senior RF Engineer at Ericsson, where DVB-H coverage tests were conducted, and various roles focused on UMTS optimization at Cellcom and H3G. Gabriele began a career in network management at WebRise and E-Via, overseeing network implementation and testing. Gabriele holds a degree from Università degli Studi di Padova, completed in 1998.
