Stuart Gibson is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the technology and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager and Head of Talent Acquisition for Zscaler in Japan since September 2024, Gibson previously held significant roles at Uber, where responsibilities included overseeing delivery talent acquisition for APAC and leading North Asia recruiting efforts. At Google, from 2015 to 2023, Gibson was a Senior Recruiting Manager for Japan's tech and engineering sectors, as well as a manager for staffing within the broader organization across APAC. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Cisco Systems, Hays Specialist Recruitment, BIOS, Norwich Union, and Games Workshop, complemented by a BSc in Business Administration with Human Resources from Royal Holloway, University of London, and additional education from ESI International.
