Saksham Puri is an experienced quality assurance and software development professional currently serving as Team Lead for Quality Assurance at Zscaler since July 2021. In this role, Saksham oversees end-to-end UX quality assurance for the Zscaler Cloud Browser Isolation product and collaborates effectively with development, product management, and support teams to ensure seamless product releases. Prior to Zscaler, Saksham worked as a Software Developer in Test at Cloudera, focusing on API proxy testing and UI testing for the Cloudera Data Platform. Additionally, extensive experience at Informatica included roles as Senior Software Development Engineer Test and Performance Engineer, emphasizing performance analysis, benchmarking, and the resolution of performance bottlenecks on cloud platforms. Saksham holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Chitkara University.
