Lizelle Baylon is a seasoned professional in talent engagement and diversity management with extensive experience in leading initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Engagement at Zscaler since October 2023, Lizelle sponsors programs designed to enhance talent pipelines, including internships and military engagement. Prior to this role, Lizelle worked at Google from July 2016 to October 2023, where responsibilities included championing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) strategies as a Program Manager in Ads Strategy & Operations and supporting global operations in Google Cloud. Earlier experience includes key positions at Boston Scientific, such as Global Diversity and Inclusion Manager and Principal Recruiter. Lizelle holds a BS in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine and a Certification in Diversity Management from Cornell University's ILR School.
