Dhawal Sharma is an accomplished executive with over a decade of experience at Zscaler, currently serving as Executive Vice President & Head of Product Strategy. In this role, Dhawal is responsible for managing the product function for the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange Platform and expanding the company’s portfolio through innovative technologies including AI/ML and cyber threat protection services. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Product Management and General Manager, focusing on the market-leading SSE platform, and Vice President roles overseeing various product lines and emerging technologies. Prior to Zscaler, Dhawal held product management roles at Actiance, wep solutions India Limited, and HCL-Cisco, showcasing a strong background in cloud security and managed services. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Networks and IT Infrastructure from SCIT and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the Central University of Jammu.
