Bianca Roby is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Senior HR Specialist and Business Partner at ZS since May 2024. Previously, Bianca was a Senior People Business Partner at Slalom Build from September 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included collaborating with local leadership and developing people programs. At SMS Assist, L.L.C., from November 2019 to September 2022, Bianca focused on designing people strategies and consulting on complex employee relations issues. Bianca's earlier experience includes senior HR roles at ITW, where contributions spanned across multiple business functions and locations, as well as positions at International Paper and The Kraft Heinz Company. Bianca holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Global Labor Studies and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
