Jurica Smirčić has a range of work experiences. Jurica started in 2004 at Rathmann d.o.o. as a CTO, holding the position until September 2017. In 2020, they became the CTO and Co-Founder of Zoyya, and continues to hold these positions. In 2021, they briefly worked as the CEO of Lemon Mint d.o.o.

Jurica Smirčić obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, where they attended from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Graph Developer - Associate from Apollo GraphQL in June 2022.
