Joan Santiago has an extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and product operations. Joan started their career in 1998 at Made2Manage as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Joan worked in this role for seven years until 2005.
In 2005, Joan joined Zotec Partners as a Quality Assurance Engineer and later took on the role of Quality Assurance Manager in 2009. Joan served in this position until 2018 when they transitioned to the role of Product Owner.
Joan continued to advance in their career at Zotec Partners and became a Program Director in 2020. In 2022, they were promoted to Director of Product Operations, and in 2023, they assumed the position of Vice President, Product Operations.

Joan Santiago obtained an Associate degree in Accounting from the International Business College in 1987-1988. Prior to that, they attended Cardinal Ritter High School from 1983 to 1987, where they studied English, Math, Science, History, and Religion. Joan also acquired various certifications from LinkedIn, such as "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence," "Inclusive Leadership," "Motivating and Engaging Employees," and others, spanning from 2018 to 2020.
