Ineke Willems - Hekman currently serves as a Kwaliteitsadviseur at Zorgspectrum Het Zand since January 2016, and holds multiple roles including Management Trainee and Teamcoördinator within the organization. Concurrently, Ineke has been the Klachtenfunctionaris at Zorgboerderij 't Schöttinksflier since June 2021. Previous experience includes serving as a Coördinator Zorg en Welzijn at Carint Reggeland Groep from January 2012 to December 2015, and as a Verpleegkundige across various organizations between 2005 and 2011. Ineke has undergone further education at NCOI Opleidingen from 2020 to 2021, after completing initial nursing training from 2000 to 2004.
