Andre Regtop is an experienced consultant and executive, currently serving as a Consultant at Regtop Consultancy since November 2024. Regtop holds several leadership roles, including Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht at Zorggroep Groningen, Stichting Scholengroep Trivium, and Stichting voor het Beroepsonderwijs. Additionally, Regtop has been a member of the advisory board of the Justitiële Informatiedienst since February 2022. Previously, Regtop was the CEO of ICTU from 2014 to November 2024 and served as Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht for Aurelia Onderwijs and the Vereniging van Zorgaanbieders voor Zorgcommunicatie. Regtop's academic background includes multiple Master's degrees from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree from Windesheim.
