Mario Gooneratne is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and business development sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of LinearSix since January 2017, Mario has played a pivotal role in driving company growth. In September 2023, Mario took on the position of Senior Vice President for Business Development in the Asia-Pacific region at Zoral. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at MillenniumIT from 2007 to 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing Banking & Financial Services and Financial Services Technology, as well as serving as Business Development Manager for Enterprise Security. Earlier in the career, Mario held the position of Senior Executive for ICT Services at Dialog Axiata PLC from 2003 to 2007. Mario holds a BSc. in IT (Hons) from Middlesex University and is currently pursuing an MSc. in Digital Transformation at London Metropolitan University.
