Elena Lubiana is an experienced operational leader currently serving as the Head of Operations at Zoral since June 2020. Prior to this role, Elena was the Head of Customer Support at DreamTeam, where responsibilities included managing multi-project support teams, developing KPI systems, and resource planning. Earlier experience at Luxoft involved progressive roles such as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, focusing on regulatory transaction reporting for major global banks, alongside team management and production support. Elena started their career as a Database Administrator at MTS Group and holds a degree from ДонГТУ, obtained between 2004 and 2009.
