Lauren Horrey has worked as an Administrator at Future Health Biobank from September 2015 to August 2016, then moved on to the role of Section 75 Investigator and later Disputes Coordinator at Capital One from September 2016 to November 2020. Following this, Lauren worked as a Compliance Monitoring Officer at Next from November 2020 to March 2022, then transitioned to the role of Risk & Controls Specialist at Experian from March 2022 to September 2023. Currently, Lauren is the Operational Risk Manager at Zopa Bank starting from September 2023.
