Jonathan Shuster is an experienced Engineering Manager at Zopa Bank, responsible for building and launching a Current Account product while overseeing Cards and FinCrime & Fraud since October 2023. Prior to this, Jonathan had a lengthy tenure at Goldman Sachs, serving in various roles including Senior Engineer and Executive Director in Technology, where responsibilities encompassed leading regional and global teams in the Synthetics Product Group and Securities Lending Technology. Jonathan contributed to the development of innovative software products and played a pivotal role as Co-Head of the EMEA LGBT Network, organizing events and initiatives for LGBT+ professionals. Jonathan holds a BEng in Computer Science/Software Engineering from the University of Birmingham and completed A-Levels in Computing, French, Economics & Business, and Mathematics at Brighton Hove & Sussex Sixth Form College.
