Filip Szwedo currently serves as the Head of Support at Zoovu, where responsibilities include overseeing support operations, planning team development, and enhancing service quality. With previous roles at Zoovu as Platform Support Lead and Platform Support Engineer, Filip has a strong background in managing support teams and engaging with clients to resolve technical issues. Prior experience as Lead Aerodynamics Engineer at PWR Racing Team involved project management and advanced simulations, contributing to successful outcomes in competitions. Filip holds a Master’s degree in Management and Production Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.
