Pritam Sen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Pritam began their career as a Software Engineer at nomiko e.V. in 2006 and then moved on to Jentro Technologies GmbH as a Software Engineer in 2008. Pritam then joined AutoScout24 in 2009, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer and later as an Interim Product Manager. In 2014, Pritam became an IT Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services before transitioning to zooplus AG in 2015 as a Tech Product Owner. At zooplus, they worked in various roles, including Lead Product Owner for WebShop Development and Interim Lead Product Owner for Pricing & Promotions. Pritam's most recent role is as Lead Product Owner at zooplus, where they currently work.

Pritam Sen holds a Master of Science (M.S) degree in Robotics & Automation Engineering from TU Dortmund University, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. Pritam also has a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, with the start year in 2003. In addition, they pursued an MBA in International Business Management & Leadership from Kempten Business School, graduating in 2013. Pritam Sen furthered their education in 2012 with an MBA-Exchange Program in International Strategy Management & Marketing at the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town. Pritam obtained a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (B.E) degree from the University of Madras in 2001. Pritam Sen also holds various certifications, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Full-Stack Software Development from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore obtained in 2020, and a Post Graduate Certification Program in Digital Marketing & Communication (PGCP-DM) in 2019 from MICA | The School of Ideas. Pritam has several other certifications in the fields of project management, agile leadership, UX design, digital marketing, data science, and software testing.
